HANGERS – in order to protect your clothing items we only accept plastic hangers. Find plastic hangers at Wal-Mart, Target, Dollar Stores. Retail plastic hangers are acceptable too.
STRING TAGS – Avery White Marking Tags Strung (size 1.75 x 1.093 inches) are required on each item to affix our barcode labels to. You can find these at Wal-Mart, office supply stores, the Rhea Lana Store or large quantities may be purchased from Amazon.
You’ll also need re-sealable bags (for shoes, small toys, etc…), masking tape, scotch tape, sharpie, and safety pins. For large quantities of quality safety pins we recommend ordering from Cleaners Supply .
If you would like to print your barcodes at home you’ll need adhesive address labels size 1” X 2 5/8” (30 up). We recommend ordering from Amazon Here. Please note: all labels printed at home MUST be printed in color.
The better they look, the better they sell! Please take time to wash and iron your clothes if necessary. Please check for stains, broken zippers, torn hemlines, etc.
We will be checking your items at the store and will not receive any item that has rips, tears, holes, buttons/zippers missing, stains, or is out of season.
Use small hangers for sizes 8 and below. Use larger hangers for sizes 10 and above. You may also use wire coated hangers as long as they are 'size appropriate.'Plastic and wire-coated hangers can be purchased at discount stores. Click here to see what is acceptable and not acceptable for the Sale.
For the Spring Event, we will accept spring and summer clothing, Uniform clothing, sports apparel, as well as lightweight jackets (no coats), Fleece pajamas, lightweight pants, khaki pants, jeans, and long-sleeved shirts that are spring like in fabric and look (although, they sell better in the Fall). We will NOT accept heavy jackets, sweaters, sweats, corduroy clothing, or snow boots (rain boots & cowboy boots are acceptable). Dont forget about Holiday outfits (4th of July), rain gear, swimwear, and pool accessories!
For the Fall Event we will accept cold weather items, Christmas and Halloween themed outfits, Childrens Halloween costumes, long sleeves, short sleeves, jackets, coats, snowsuits, hats, gloves, boots, tennis shoes, dress shoes, jeans/pants, sports apparel, dance clothing, and school uniform clothing. No flip flops or sandals. No sleeveless summer items or swimsuits.
We accept clothing in boy's sizes 0-20, girl's sizes 0-16, and junior sizes 1-15 in teen styles. Please see our homepage for acceptable brand list. We also accept maternity clothing in-style and in good condition.
Please group items together so that they will equal a value of at least $3.00. They need to be pinned together as well so they don't get separated.
All pants must be pinned to a hanger, not folded over, as they tend to end up on the floor and shoppers want to see the entire pant to purchase.
Safety pin all sets and accessories securely together with pants hung on the back of the shirt at the waist. Both pieces need to be viewable without unpinning them.
Please only bring your like-new shoes! If possible use a ziptie to hold your shoes together. If a ziptie won't work, please place shoes in ziploc bag. 1) Put your consignor number and price on masking tape on the bottom of the shoes, this will help if they get separated. 2) Safety pin the price tag to a shoe lace or through the shoe eyelet.
No heavy winter boots for the spring/summer event.
No flip flops/sandals for the fall/winter event.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT SHOES WITH SCUFFED TOES, SHOES WITH HOLES, TORN UPPERS/SOLES, DIRTY OR DISCOLORED SOLES. ***A Magic Eraser works wonders!*** Shoes requiring shoe laces MUST have shoe laces.
It is best to package a bedding set together in its original clear plastic bag with zipper. Large ziploc bags can also be purchased to keep bedding clean and together. They sell the XL bags at the dollar stores. We will accept crib, twin, full, and queen that is themed for a child's room. Please make sure an notate on bag or card inside the items included.
Hang and pin blankets over hangers so that shoppers can see them. If they are small receiving blankets, group 2 or 3 together in a ziploc bag and seal with clear plastic tape. Safety pin tag to ziploc bag.
Bottles, bibs, rattles, socks, bows, etc group together appropriately in ziploc bags. Seal with clear packing tape. Pin tag to ziploc bag. It also helps to write your consignor number and info on the ziploc with a Sharpie in case the tag comes off during the sale.
Must be clean and in working order (batteries included.) Small parts must be bagged and attached to the main part very securely. If parts get separated it will not sell. Games should be taped closed. Puzzles, books, videos, and small toys should be grouped accordingly and put in ziploc bags. Secure with clear packing tape and attach tag to the ziploc bag. It is also good to write your consignor number and info on the ziploc bag with a Sharpee in case the tag comes off. Puzzles should be wrapped securely in clear Saran wrap or placed in a ziploc bag to keep the pieces intact. TOYS NOT PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
We will only accept Disney or other name brand stuffed animals in like new condition.
Large Little Tikes Toys and Furniture are in high demand! When tagging large toys it is best to also attach a piece of masking tape to the toy with your consignor information. This will enable us to sell your toy even if the tag comes off!
Toy recall information- Due to the high number of toy recalls during the past year, we will be inspecting toys very carefully. We reserve the right to pull any toy that we think might have been recalled. To help us, please do not bring any toys that have been subject to a recall. Your car seat must have been manufactured within the past five years. Check the underside of the car seat for the manufactured date. It must not be subject to recall or have been in an accident. You may check the following website for current recalls: www.carseat.org/Recalls/179NP.pdf All seat covers and straps must be thoroughly cleaned. You will be asked to sign a car seat waiver stating your car seat has all the pieces and is in excellent condition and not more than five years old. Car seats will be closely inspected for safety reasons.
If you would like to bring large household furniture pieces to our sale you must contact me for permission and item approval.
This will all be based on our space limitations. All furniture must be in EXCELLENT condition.

Due to the thousands of recalls and the crib regulations being raised, we will not sell any crib manufactured before December 2010. Contact the manufacturer of your crib to find out if it is recalled. Most companies will send you a repair kit or give you instructions on how to return your crib for a refund.
