ViP Consigning
Are you moving and purging all the things? We would love to help you! Items will ne needed to be in containers or boxes but can be all seasons.
Items will be divided between the following two events after receiving items. All items will be dontated after those two events. This program has a total consignor fee of $20 with a distribution of 30% of sales to the consignor.
VIP Consigning spots are very limited. Our sign up will close on a couple weeks before the sale and it is likely that the sign up will fill up before then!
Spring 2026
We have a new eChecks system! All checks will be sent via email which makes consigning with us even easier.
You will receive the passes by email or they can be left for you at the event to be picked up at Pre-Sale.
You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.
The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.
We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, movies, etc! Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it.
All clothing must be seasonally appropriate (Think sandals and swimwear!), less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well).
We will accept pants & shorts, short & long sleeves, hoodies, sports shoes, tennis shoes, and accessories, Spring/Summer holiday themed clothing, Costumes/Dress-up.
We will also accept name-brand footwear such as Uggs, Bearpaw, Minnetokas, Chacos, and Keens for every sale. However, please do not send winter clothing, shoes or accessories for this event.
Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear.
If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will not be able to enter them into the sale. No exceptions!
Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or plastic bags to deliver your items.
There is a Junior Girls clothing limit to only name brands that are listed on our home page (there is no limit in boys). This is anything above a size 16-18 girls.
Please keep in mind, these should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for the season.
Also, we do NOT accept formal dresses or prom dresses.
There is a 25 item limit for maternity clothing per Consignor number.
Recalled items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
NO VHS Tapes will be accepted, NO DVDs, CDs or Games with M, R or NC-17 Rating
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear or Talking /Animated Animals)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts, shoes with no laces (if applicable)
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Breast pump tubing (unless sealed in package)
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
VIP Processors love BOUTIQUE BRANDS!
